Electronic Health Record (online)
This is a 4-week class is completed entirely online.
Electronic Health Records Specialist are medical professionals who are responsible for the security, completeness and accuracy of patient data. They may process requests for medical records and perform basic coding to submit reimbursement claims.
The cost for this class is $700. A payment plan can be arranged with $300 down payment (includes the $150 non-refundable registration application fee) and $100 weekly payments. The down payment reserves your seat in the class.
Admission requirements:
All applicants must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma/GED and able to speak, read, write and understand English

4. The payment of registration fee and arrangements to pay program cost.
5. Signed registration application and signed enrollment documents.
Students who successfully complete the Electronic Health Record class at Georgia Training Center will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. Upon successful completion of program requirements, students are prepared for national testing with National Healthcareer Association (NHA) to receive Certification as an Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS).
This program is an approved program under The Georgia Non-public Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC).
All students are responsible for the cost of national testing after successfully completing the class.
